Best insurance company SAVE MONEY

Easy to use and understand. Very good insurance for people who don't drive everyday, you can see where and how you travel and spend your journey everyday. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020

Affordable and unique

This is my first time with this company and I find it very helpful and affordable especially when it comes to other telematics boxes which monitor speed and driving style, by miles only look at how many miles you do and only pay for those you do. This company is highly recommended to those that drive locally and for those that do one off destinations to further places. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020

The way car insurance should be!

By Miles is the perfect car insurance for me, and I’m sure a whole lot of people in the UK! During lockdown I never had to use my car as I wasn’t working so I paid a big fat ZERO for my insurance. When lockdown was lifted and we were allowed to travel to places I used my car a lot, travelling to the beach or lake or just exploring the great outdoors, and even then the most I paid was £12 in one month, compared to my old car insurance of £55 a month! And that’s having 4 years no claims and age 38. I’ve already recommended By Miles to loads of my friends and family which I’m sure at least half of them will switch when their renewals are up. Great Insurance option

Great way of paying for insurance! Especially if you are a car owner that doesn't drive regularly, makes perfect sense. All you have to do is fit a small box to your vehicle and connect to the app. Great experience thus far, you can also watch your spend. Best value by miles

Very easy to set up the system, just download the app, plug the dongle in to the OBII port on the car. Mapping on the app is very accurate showing where the car has been. The app even allows to you to scan fault codes on the car. The app seems to ping the car on a regular basis, so you can see where it is. I would hope that if a car is stolen, that would be a quick way to find it. Very satisfied. Good low cost to insure the car on the driveway, followed by competitive prices per mile to drive. Fantastic! Saved approx £300pa

A no brainer for people who drive less than 5, 000 miles per year, I've saved about £300pa, probably more because of lockdown and having to shield. My previous insurance company wanted £700 at renewal!! With By Miles I only had to pay £175 up front then for my mileage on a monthly basis. The one off payment is to cover your car for just being parked. Then you pay pennies per mile. The little black box is really easy to fit. The App is simple to use, every journey is logged, not your speed, and you're notified about the cost of your journey so if money is an issue you can cut back on using your car. Each month you're billed for your recorded mileage for the previous month. I've recommended Bymiles to all my family and friends. Honestly, I can't fault the company. Oh yes, you can even chat to a customer rep online and get a very quick polite response, and get a copy of your chat too. I know this has been long winded but I really wish this type of company had been around for the last 13 years, I would have saved thousands of pounds. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020
