Unbelievable Policy and Customer Support

A person by the name of Frank... Helped me despite a few complications. He honoured his promises, he took ownership of my situation and he literally went out his way to resolve a few issues on my end. I was left stunned by this level of professionalism, enthusiasm and care. He represented By Miles with such integrity, with such patience, I can't help but tell others about my experience. Yes, the policy of ByMiles and what they offer for low mileage drivers like me, not only helped me save hundreds and hundreds of pounds, but when there's also a team of assistants who go out their way for you, it's a pleasure. value for money

I have found ByMiles great value for money, easy to set up car insurance and very straightforward to attach to car etc. find it very useful that there's a smartphone app so you can also track your miles. would definitely recommend! Reviewed on: 29th July 2020

Perfect

Brilliant company and very affordable.

I have been with by miles since feb and I have loved the idea of paying by miles it works out a lot cheaper than any quotes I got at the time of my renewal, a family member has recently signed up to and it’s great idea for the free miles for just recommending someone’s. What's not to like....

By Miles cut my base premium by more than £250.00pa and because of lockdown I've saved money too. The pay-by-mile scheme makes you think about whether a journey can be done a different way (walking, Public Transport, Cycling). I now cycle to work at least 3 times per week!!
