No rip off here!

What an excellent way to insure your vehicle. Fair and transparent, with an easy to navigate app to keep a check on your monthly costs. Sure, this system won't suit or benefit every motorist, but it does suit me and anyone who drives low or below average miles should consider it. The app let's you know how much each journey costs and an email arrives before each monthly payment is taken, so no shocks or rip offs. J Limb Reviewed on: 3rd August 2019

Brilliant way to deliver car insurance.

So far so great! I have been really impressed with By Miles who have been really slick in getting me up and running. This format of car insurance should really work for me as I don't do a lot of mileage, but we'll see. Hopefully I won't need to use it, but as ever an insurance company is only as good as their performance when you need to claim. I haven't needed to do this so I've only awarded for stars, but for the service I have used they're a five. I already recommend By Miles to friends and family. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2019

Perfect for low mileage drivers such as myself

I came across miles when renewing my car insurance and as I drive 2000 or less each year I felt it suited my needs perfectly and also because it's a low upfront cost for insurance whilst your car is parked and then you pay monthly for using ur car if and when u drive ,which is more comfortable on the pocket and also ideal and less expensive than other insurances out there. It's easy to set up and u dont get charged until your device arrives, and the app is great to check ur mileage charge very fast and up to date so no surprises when u get ur monthly charge, a great experience so far with no problems at all Reviewed on: 3rd August 2019

Pay by use

I can't imagine car insurance being fairer than this supplier's terms. Remember how you use to pay as you go with your mobile? Well this is the same principle, but for your car. When ever you use your car the mileage is recorded and you are billed for the distance. Simples! Helpful staff were always there during set-up and a monthly e-mail informs you of your previous month's cost. As a light user this has saved me so much money over the other "cheapest" suppliers. I haven't needed to contact them re accident/ incident but I feel confident they will be there to deal competently with anything I need. A big 5 star recommendation from me.
