By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Everything you want in an insurance company

I hated paying high premiums when I was only driving a few thousand miles a year. I read up about By Miles and decided to give them a go. I can’t comment on making a claim as I haven’t had to but managing my policy via the app on my phone is easy and gives me a clear understanding of my charges as I go.
