I have been driving and paying the required insurance for about 50years this is the first time that I feel the satisfaction that I’m actually getting value for the money I’m paying .By miles insurance is the cover that wraps around when needed .I am a new customer who is very satisfied ,happy & content. Excellent telephone communication, easy set up and what appears great value. I am a very low mileage driver so this form of insurance is good for me. I like the app on my 'phone too. Highly recommended for others in a similar situation. Also if I covered 10,000 miles in the year (I normally do around 3,000), I would still pay less than my previous insurer. I drive less than 6000 miles per year so why should I pay the same as someone who drives 12000 miles. By Miles makes much more sense. Customer contact is open and straight forward, very friendly and you are told exactly how many miles you have done per monthe and how much it will cost you.
