I saw this company by miles on TV about car crime ,how a lady retrieved her car back after been stolen due to the tracker in the car.she also mentioned she did not use the car often doing very low miles a year. This caught my attention as my renewal for my insurance was due Even better I went on a comparison site and by miles was the cheapest quote by miles excuse the pun. Setting it up online was easy to follow. Instructions to fit tracker was sent which again is very simple to instal The App on my mobile let’s me know how much my journey cost each time & you see the route you have taken. As I said by miles has saved me a lot of money by Miles compared to other insurance companies. Reviewed on: 18th August 2022

By lies makes complete sense for low mileage drivers. Paying by the mile is much cheaper than paying for an annual charge made by other insurance companies where little is paid to the number of miles a person my drive. I have had no reason to contact customer services so do not have a view on this. Reviewed on: 18th August 2022
