By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Why pay more when you can pay less?!?! Don’t understand people sticking with more traditional less reasonable providers. Makes perfect sense to pay as you go as we all try to walk more/drive less etc. and all agents have been super helpful when I’ve needed them. Reviewed on: 11th August 2022

Excellent Insurance

Before joining By Miles, I was paying a fortune in insurance to be sat on my drive, as I work between my home address and a local college, which is walking distance. I signed up to By miles, unsure what to expect, but the customer service and communication was excellent from the minutre I signed up. I received my miles tracker within days, with easy sets of how to set up. The app is easy to use and I feel safer knowing my car is tracked and I can access this via the app, incase it is ever stolen. My Miles is a great, fair and professional service, whilst saving me £80 per month! What is not to love! Could not recommend it enough! Reviewed on: 11th August 2022
