By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Halved my insurance

By Miles halved my annual insurance. The only reason they haven’t got a 10 star recommendation is that the acid test of responding to a claim has (happily) not needed to be put into action. And then there is the generous recommendation fee. Very nice, thank you - right now my monthly costs are zero and will be for some months. Some bristle at having the dongle in the car but frankly my privacy is a ship long sailed. Reviewed on: 9th August 2022
