I was very unhappy with my previous insurer and was looking to renew once my contract had come to an end. I came across by miles and out of all the providers I was considering they looked the most suitable for me. I love the fact of keeping track of and only paying for each journey I make not only does this keep my monthly cost down but it also encourages me to sometimes walk on short journeys as you know that you are saving money and at the same time helping the environment. By miles have their own app where everything is tracked and it’s so easy to understand and has all the information you need. I’ve had to contact them a couple of times via the web chat and they give 100% top class service and are always so helpful. Life-changing car insurance!

As a new owner of a Toyota gt86, that is self employed and working from home, I found all companies way too expensive for me. At less than 50 miles a week it was not worth buying the car, however with By Miles insurance it made it not only possible buy insanely cheap in comparison! Reviewed on: 22nd September 2022
