I asked to withdraw some of my savings - asked for on the Wednesday there was a bank holiday Monday but did not receive the... I asked to withdraw some of my savings - asked for on the Wednesday there was a bank holiday Monday but did not receive the money in my bank until the Tuesday, nearly a week to get my savings out! The explanation I was given it was to make customers think if they really needed their money out and the financial viability of the organisation - really?? This week was promised a faster payment on the telephone but was sent an email the next again day saying it wouldn't be done - due to staff training! I wasn't asking for a loan, I needed my own savings in a hurry! Sloooooooooowwwwww - not meeting customers needs who need their money imminently. Read more Read less
