Great experience - give them a try!

Great experience with all the services I have used with Captial Credit union re savings and Season ticket loans. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly and take time to explain what is required of you and the services they provide. I have called a few times with regards to my Season ticket as didn't fully understand the process and the staff were extremely patient and helpful with the information I needed and helped me understand the process. Great service

Really good that that I am able to have my savings deducted from my monthly wages so that I don't even miss the money! Staff always friendly and helpful with any queries that you might have. Online access easy to follow and impersonal experience always positive. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Been a customer for 16 years!

I have been with Capital Credit Union since I was 16 and I am now 32. Their customer service is excellent and any time I have required support, they have gone above and beyond to help. I couldn’t recommend them more! The services they offer are also incredible and very easy to use, cannot fault Capital Credit Union for anything based on my own experience.
