Customer comes first

They are always looking for ways to help customers. Not only making it easy for them to save through employers payroll but educating them as well. Fantastic staff who go above and beyond. Reviewed on: 19th June 2021

Better than banks

Capital Credit Union is so much better than banks because banks are always closing down and it is not convenient to travel so far for so little interest.i have had two banks move too two different towns and a distance between them is over twenty miles each way.C.C.U have opened up more branches and closed NONE.You do the maths !!! Changed my life

I started saving with the credit union back in the 90's. They have quite literally changed my life, I was able to save and take out loans. I stopped using doorstep lenders and started to take control of my finances. I've been able to save to buy a car and to go on holidays. I feel safe knowing that if I have an unexpected expense that I can manage it without being pushed into expensive debts. The best thing though is that the staff are all wonderful. They are really invested in looking after the members and always make me feel seen as a human being (no call centre at a bank has ever achieved that!) Reviewed on: 18th June 2021

great customer service always happy to help.

when calling to withdraw and savings the team are always pleasant friendly and helpful. nothing is ever to much trouble, they ask how things have been during this pandemic showing they do care about the customer. Reviewed on: 15th June 2021

Easy payroll savings

Capital Credit Union introduced payroll savings into my organisation and I give straight from my salary. Its been an excellent service since I started and they made changes up and down so easy. Its a simple concept but it works perfectly for me. Reviewed on: 8th June 2021

Dependable friendly staff great customer service

I have always found staff give great customer service whether at the office or on Telephone fast reliable friendly.
