Excellent Customer Service

I've been saving with Capital Credit Union for about 14 years and I have consistently found them to be extremely helpful and to offer an excellent custumer service. The staff are always polite, understand and keen to be of assistance. Whether on the phone, online or at the branch office, everyone is happy to help and the service is very efficient. Always pleasant and efficuent

Great wee savings plan - have been putting a wee bit away fir the family every month for 16 years. Builds up nicely in the background! Staff are always pleasant to deal with and all transactions (in and out) are dealt with efficiently. Can’t fault them! Reviewed on: 2nd July 2021
