Fast, friendly service at heart of local community

I used to be able to pop down to the office to pay Into savings. When pandemic hit they created an app making it easy for me to see my balance or use chat facility to people when I needed. Outstanding staff and so quick to adjust to different way of working for its customers. A true model of how credit unions need to deliver a blended service for all customers.
