Simple, friendly claims procedure

I clipped a gatepost with my caravan resulting in 2 long messy gouges in the side. The claims procedure was simple, quick, friendly, with no quibbling about price or blame, which was a relief. I can’t say the same about the 5 months it took for the repairer to order and stock the replacement Lunar caravan-specific parts, but that’s no fault of the insurance company! Brilliant caravan insurance cover

The cost of the insurance cover is competitive. I have had two caravans stolen from the side of my house. The first was many years ago. However the second had a tracker system installed and was behind locked gates which were forced open. Although the caravan was found due to the tracker the insides were stripped bare including accessories. The insurance however paid out on all items promptly. They were very sympathetic and helpful.
