Good service and standards are often exceeded

We are always pleased to stay on a caravan club site, you can be assured of a warm welcome and clean facilities, in case of difficulties there is always someone to help. We rarely stay on non club sites as they may appear better value but when you are waiting for a shower you often queue, many of them have a small number of facilities often too few for the size of the sites. Keep it up Caravan club it encourages loyalty. Reviewed on: 1st August 2019

I have always insured my caravans over the 40 yrs I have been a member. Always receiving excellent service from them.Whenever you contact them.they are most polite and helpful.... Nothing is too much trouble. I have recommended them to many people.over the years. Reviewed on: 1st August 2019

This company has gone the extra mile for me in recent years; firstly when a tree fell on my ‘van as I was taking it to be serviced just before my main holiday and more recently when I had it stolen from my back garden, retrieved but damaged.
