The Caravan and Motorhome Club maintains a very high standard of the site layouts; staffing and on-site facilities at all of the sites we have visited in the UK. First big plus is talking to a real person who understands all aspects of queries you might have, and answers them. The cover provided is clear and the terms are transparent.
