Misleading advertising

I have five star cover but when I tried to make a genuine claim for a broken window they used the small print to wriggle out of paying so beware of using this company. I am not a happy customer and will pass the news to any caravaners I meet-up with Reviewed on: 31st July 2019

Very Helpfull

Pleasantly surprised (twice).

I only have an old 2 berth Elddis caravan which I did not think was worth very much BUT by the time all the extras were added in (full & porch awnings, motor mover, leisure battery, etc., etc.,) the value doubled. Surprise number one. Surprise number two came when I received my quote - much better (less) than I expected. And all of this was determined by the customer service agent. She was very thorough and ensured no piece of equipment was left off the list, no matter how small. All in all a VERY GOOD experience. Reviewed on: 31st July 2019

Best value with supreme service

The club is always helpful and offer good advice when needed, sometimes in an emergency. They are always by far the best value insurers and if you need to claim, the process is straightforward and stress-free. Reviewed on: 31st July 2019
