Red Pennant, unbeatable service.

Whilst touring Spain last year I was unfortunate to suffer a sudden cardiac arrest, my wife Jenny gave me cpr for 20 minutes until the ambulance arrived. Trish at Red Pennant could not have more helpful and thoughtful, our car, caravan and 2 dogs where repatriated home taking some of the stress of Jen. Trish was in contact with Jen daily to ask if there was anything she needed help with and how my recovery was going. First rate service

Always a friendly welcome for top class facilities

The C&MC provides consistent quality of sites and facilities in convenient locations. The welcome from Wardens is warm and friendly. The CL network provides an excellent choice of alternative small sites with limited facilities but an equally warm welcome. The Club provides an outstanding additional travel and insurance service. Excellent conversations with the Caravan and Motorhome Club when renewing insurance.

Whenever I have spoken to the folk at the club about insurance they have always been most polite, friendly and helpful. I feel I get a very good personal service from them and that I am treated as an individual and not just a number. Reviewed on: 25th August 2017
