We have insured with the Caravan and Motorhome Club for many years.The phone is always answered immediately and the agents are clear concise and extremely helpful.On the few occasions we have needed help the follow up to our initial call has been friendly,sympathetic and efficient. I did think that it would take several weeks and perhaps a degree of discussion regarding my claim, but it was settled in 3 days! Wow!

It was a broken window which had to be replaced. I spoke to the insurer and got confirmation of my intended action. I got the repair effected locally, made the claim along with the receipted invoice and voila! the cheque was received 3 days later! Reviewed on: 23rd August 2017
