Not Worth the Cost

It took your Insurers 16 months to recover my £500 excess after my caravan was repaired in the meantime insisting I had a motorhome and requesting information repeatedly that had already been provided. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2026

The best club for caravaners & motorhomers

Always helpful and polite, products always very good and insurance tip top in cover and easy to understand. The magazine is great with news and technical information as well as changing legislation. The social side is great. A club to be proud of being a member. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2026

The customer service are very helpful and the adviser when I asked questions about my needs and which cover is best for me - I felt they wee person centred and not trying to get money out of me for their good. Excellent insurance cove for a competitive cost

I took out my caravan insurance several years ago by telephone, which was easy and straightforward, the call operator being very helpful and professional. Our caravan is stored on a very secure club site which is good for our peace of mind and helps to keep the premium more than competitive. Thankfully we have never needed to claim but feel confident that should that situation arise it would be dealt with efficiently. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2026
