An excellent-insurance for your Caravan

Had a problem with a tractor with implement attached, decided it liked the side of our caravan. Our first ever claim but they were extremely helpful and guided us through the whole process. I certainly would recommend them . Reviewed on: 12th August 2017

Competitive price, excellent claim service.

I am very happy with the price of my caravan insurance taking into consideration the cover I required. Price is a factor but if you are unfortunate to have encountered an incident that necessitates a claim, I know first hand with some insurance providers just how protracted and stressful that experience can be. I have had two claims with the C&M Club and of course having provided the evidence of proof required, the claims were paid expeditiously and fuss free. Peace of mind is a large portion of customer loyalty. Customer service is of a very high standard throughout the C&M Club. Reviewed on: 12th August 2017

Telephone good response recovery in 2parts mechanic&recoverytruck very reassuring

Towing caravan transfer box on4x4 blew oil over engine&exaust box caught fire car following called fire brigade before we were aware, they had a fire extinguisher we had one in caravan not car . We now have an extinguisher in the car. Managed to put fire out before brigade arrived. Mechanic arrived approx. 1/2 hr. He confirmed we needed recovery we waited another 1hr. This was a very rassuring expierience We could not continue as it is not possible to hire a tow vehicle and abandoned our holiday the tow home was excellent Reviewed on: 12th August 2017

Always there for when you need them most

After suffering an epileptic seizure while on holiday in France the caravan club came to the rescue. Not only did they help with hospital visits and getting us home accompanied by a doctor, they also sorted the return of our car and caravan. Full marks for helping out when we needed them most.
