use it all the time

two holidays in france in same year summer holiday car broke down red pennant sorted us out with replacement vehicle and repairs to our vehicle second holiday we were involved in a collision when a French driver ran into the rear of the vehicle red pennant sorted it all out. total waste of money

tried to claim for a satellite dish i has stolen whilst on a cmc club site last week.told i have to fill out enormous amount of forms.then was told could be upto 4 weeks before a decision.imagine if i have to claim for something more serious.every way to try and worm out of paying out.sadly not happy and wont be re using them again.also your not dealing with the yes sir no sir of the caravan club.you have to write to devitt ins.and they have a guard up as soon as you speak to them Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Fortunately we have not had to claim, but staff are always very helpful and courteous when renewing policy, advising and insuring to meet our needs. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017
