Happily, we've not been in the unfortunate position to make a claim but found the Club's insurance the best around for competitive price and the excellent cover it provides. Reviewed on: 14th August 2017

Immediate re-assuring service in the face of devastation

After devastatingly ripping the back corner out of our Bailey Unicorn Cadiz at Happenden Services on the M74 on our way to a CL at Largs in Scotland and putting a crease down the side panel in the process, the Caravan Club Insurance Help Line were brilliant. They were calm and reassuring. We explained that we could push the panel back in place and tape it to allow us to travel and they said there was no problem with us continuing our holiday as they would start the claim procedure. We had a lovely holiday, thankfully with dry weather and on our return home on contacting the insurers again, they arranged for an assessor to come out 2 days hence. We had taken photos of the damage to the van at the time and gave these to the assessor, who also took photos himself. We heard back from the Insurers' in just a few days who said they had made arrangements for our van to be repaired at a fairly local, insurer approved caravan service & repair centre. I confess that it took some time for the two panels to be delivered by Bailey, but our caravan was repaired seamlessly and looked like new. The insurance cover also took care of a pre-booked holiday in Nottinghamshire and we spent a couple of weeks in a lovely holiday cottage. If we hadn't had the 5r's insurance cover, we would have not only been without a caravan, but would have missed out on all the holidays and mini breaks we enjoy year on year. Thank you Caravan Club. TRUSTWORTHY AND REASONABLY PRICED

I have insured my caravan with the Caravan & Motorhome club for a few years now and though I've never had to claim I've read many testimonials which confirm that they are tops to insure with. Great prices, easy contact and above all TRUSTWORTHY!! Reviewed on: 14th August 2017

Nice people to do business with!

Fortunately we've not had to make a claim yet, but the way in which we first obtained our insurance with the Caravan & Motorhome Club makes me supremely confident it wouldn't be a painful experience if we did have too.
