How to be looked after

Have been with the club for many years and have used other companies for insurance but for the best cover it is allways the caravan club. Cannot say how good they are with handling a claim as I have never had to make one. Reviews in the monthly magazine really do sing the praises for the insurance scheme Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Swift, pain free resolution of what could have been very stressfull.

Travelling north on the M1 our 'van began to snake. The driver touched the brakes and the 'van was matchwood. Caravan Club arranged to collect car and 'van, store them overnight in secure compound and we were able to rent a van to collect our possessions the next day. Within 7 days our local dealer had authority to supply us a new 'van. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017
