No1 for Caravan & Motorhome Insurance.

Fantastic price I was quoted and received was the best. Customer service superb nothing to much trouble and the Red Pennant Insurance if yo are traveling abroad don't go without it. The last twice I have been I have had to use it and the service and all the girls that look after you are unbelievabley helpful. Don't travel abroad without it you won't realise until you break down how fantastic the Red Pennant insurance is.!! Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Very friendly helpful people

Rescued from the brink

A few years ago we suffered a tyre blow out whilst heading south on the A1 to Dover the damage caused was severe ripping out the wiring loom and gas pipes. We thought the holiday was over before it had started, that was before we spoke to the club who were an absolute marvel. We were all for cancelling the hols but they would have none of it. They asked if our road lights were ok which they were and they asked if we would drive on to Folkestone race course where an engineer would call to asses the damage. Having changed the wheel we got to Folkestone and met the engineer he confirmed no repair could be made on site due to the severity of the damage and he reported this back to the club who then arranged for the caravan to be collected on a low loader and taken back north to a repair shop. The club then arranged to deliver to us a brand new caravan so we could continue our holiday which we did after transferring all the essentials into our new caravan, on our arrival back in the UK they arranged collection of the courtesy caravan...Beat that for service, I very much doubt it. Peace of Mind

We found the staff very friendly, polite & professional when renewing our insurance & feel secure in the knowledge that we are covered by a well established & trusted company. We have fortunately not had to make a claim in our time but are confident that if that happens we will experience the same level of help & professionalism as in the past.
