Very friendly and reliable service.

No finer holiday

The staff are good, every thing clean and tidy, and safe. Usually Just the right place for asite, with lots to do and see. What more could one want? Yes you are right, GOOD company, and that too. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Strathclyde caravan park

Competitive Price

Very helpful person on the end of the phone. Prices competitive. Tried a few companies although they weren't the cheapest I felt I was getting best value for money and as new to caravaning felt the most confident with them. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Excellent value for money

Easy to use and seemingly good value for money, especially if you ensure you have taken the correct security precautions to gain discounts on your insurance. Not had to make a claim so far, but imagine it will be relatively straightforward as per all my other dealings with the Caravan and Motorhome Club. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

High Quality Insurance at a Reasonable Cost

In 2017, the club proved to be the only insurer that would insure my towcar for a trip through the Balkan countries and they did so with their usual polite efficiency. The other elements of the package are designed to meet the needs of the caravanner, too. A few years ago, the brakes on my caravan, insured through 5Cs, failed completely and damage was caused by a roll back into the garage door. The claim was dealt with in 24 hours enabling a quick and effective repair. This has been my only claim in 30 years, but I cannot fault the Club's insurers on the outcome. It's just the best

I have been with the Club for many years and found the the insurance cover to be just what I required and can't find better. There are cheaper out there but not the cover. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

First class

On the two occasions over the past 27 years when I have needed to make a claim, The Caravan Club representative has helped me through the process. My claim has been dealt with quickly, with no fuss or difficulty. A first class service at a fair price. Maybe you could find cheaper, I haven't tried as I trust these people. The Caravan and Motorhome Club caters for all types of caravanner

We've been members throughout our time as caravanners over a period of 40+ years with a 14 years or so gap in the middle. Initially with our kids and latterly with our dogs (Our son and daughter-in-law even spent their honeymoon in our van at the beautiful Yellowcraig site - after joining the club of course) Reviewed on: 9th August 2017
