Faultless

Fantastic service

We had to have a new roof on our previous van due to hailstorms in France, we were expecting a long battle to get a repair, but one phone call to the club on our return home and a quick visit by the assessment team to confirm damage and the approval was given, that week, we had to wait longer for the manufacturer to fit the van in at the factory than the approval. Very good system and so easy with no hassel

Very clear and reasonable price

Having heard horror stories of other insurance companies and their terms and conditions for caravans we were apprehensive. But the caravan and motor home club is clear and very reasonably priced. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Fence Panel flew through the Caravan

During high winds a couple of winters ago one of our 6ft fence panels was blown through the front of the caravan. After one phone call and one email the same day to the insurers, the next day they authorised the repair work to be done. What more could you ask for? Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Very pricey compared to other insurers

There may be a lot included in the insurance package but what is it you really need? What should this policy really cost. Most things covered by house insurance, when you are towing your car insurance covers the van. Security requirement change yearly after buying very expensive wheel locks I was told the following year they were not good enough. foreign cover total scam in my experience when my wheel bearing on the tow car failed in France having paid just shy of £400 for a two weeks holiday cover I had to call the nearest garage arrange the vehicle collection, although I could call the help line any time of the day what did they actually do for the money???. The Renault garage were exellent they only took three days to fix. The insurance then only covered £80 of the labour. So I recommend a different insurance provider next time. When ever I used to renew the policy I have always been met with friendly helpful well versed sales staff . If you were wondering about my Experience in France " if we call the garage for you to arrange things we have found them non responsive unfortunately to us Brits, it is best for you to call them they will sort it out, if have any trouble please call back".
