Never again

Im currently still experiencing the fact that i am without a caravan. Stalling on claims handling. Insisting caravan be CRIS registered before a payout. (Only owned van 4 weeks) just generally being treated like a liar. Its gutting missing the summer season. 4 weeks into the claim and we are no further forward. Summer holidays are nearly over. Never again will i use c&mc insurance. I wont even renew my membership. Even my local centre for rallies are "clicky" and mainly geared for the elderly caravaners. You need the next generation caravaners. But it wont be us we will use the c&cc from now on. They are friendlier anyway Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Great Insurance

I have been with the Caravan insurance, on the various Caravan that I have owned, and now they were so helpful when I bought maybe the last Caravan, which I use on my own since my Partner died 5 years, But they have all the answers at there finger tips, which saves the club and myself money, Thanking you Jeanette Tarbuck Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Product Confidence.

All though, luckily, I have not had to use my caravan insurance, I have had to use the sister product Red Pennent on two occasions, once whilst still in UK the other whilst in the south of France, on both of these incidents the Caravan Club(as it was then) could not have been more helpful. In the UK they had me back on the road with a replacement vehicle the next day. In the south of France I was able to continue my holiday within three days, with a replacement brought from UK. The professionalism and help given on these incidents gives me full Confidence in my insurers. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Value for Money with Prompt and Efficient Service

Having been a caravan owner for a number of a number of years in the 1980's and using the caravan club for insurance during that time, as I felt that it was value for money and very competitive, I had no hesitation in returning to them when I returned to caravanning about four years ago. I have had to make one claim during that time, for body damage, and was dealt with promptly and efficiently with no quibbling. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017
