Originally setting up the insurance was good - the person I spoke to was helpful. The subsequent renewals have been straightforward. I have some concerns about the online forms to deal with where the caravan is stored as this doesn't give the opportunity to explain the full circumstances. I presume that this could be resolved if I phoned and spoke to someone. Reviewed on: 8th July 2025

Great claim process!

I had to make claim after my caravan was damaged in a third party accident. The claim process was very easy and well managed by the Caravan Club team and I received my payment for the written off van very quickly.
