New ti caravaning

Extremely good cover with excellent service

They are easy to contact and staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable with competitively priced premiums. I have only had one claim some years ago which was settled very quickly to my complete satisfaction. Insurers take away the umbrella when it rains

I have owned touring caravans since 1973, ie 51 years. Until 2020 I had only made two claims, one in the mid 80's and the other in 1993. In 2020 I was travelling on a country road when a car came round a corner on the wrong side of the road forcing me to mount the grass verge. This resulted in me experiencing a snake which resulted in damage to the front and rear panels. A claim was lodged with my insurer and approved. However before the repair was undertaken, a horrendous hail storm did further extensive damage to the roof of the van. After much discussion re the cost of repair the insurer agreed to write the van off. As this meant that two claims had been submitted within a period of 3 years I experienced great difficulty in obtaining insurance for my replacement van as most companies were not prepared to quote due to my claims record. . Fortunately the Caravan Club were prepared to offer me insurance and I have remained with them ever since. Reviewed on: 7th September 2024

club sites we are always assured of good pitches...

At club sites we are always assured of good pitches and lovely clean showers and toilets. The wardens work very hard to ensure you have a good clean safe site and always very helpful with knowledge of what to do and see. Reviewed on: 7th September 2024

Had to claim for two accidents for damage to our rec...

Had to claim for two accidents for damage to our recent caravan and our previous caravan. Contacted the caravan club who sent me a claim form to fill in and to send pictures of the damage. Gentleman came round to inspect the damage and agreed straight away. I contacted who we bought the caravan from and booked it in. Very pleased how this was dealt with on both occasions.
