Stress free insurance

Having had an accident the response was quick easy and stress free . Reviewed on: 26th July 2024

A caravan tyre blow out on the M5.

We had a very bad accident due to a puncture on the caravan, unfortunately the caravan and car were both written off, fortunately we survived with just shock and few scratches. Because we had insured our caravan with The Caravan and Motorhome club, the claim was dealt with swiftly, we were able to purchase another caravan and carry on enjoying our breaks away with The club.hbɓ Reviewed on: 26th July 2024

Very disappointed

Constantly having to chase up the our claim as response to emails was very poor. Lost adjuster very rude & was only interested that we had our locks on the unit. Replacement caravan was unregistered ex demo 165 miles away so we had no choice but to expect a cash settlement that was £250 under our total insured value. The list goes on.
