Always had excellent service from the Caravan Club...

Always had excellent service from the Caravan Club Insurance service, both with renewals, queries, etc. I have never needed to make a claim yet (fingers crossed!) but I fully expect ct that if this does happen, it will be dealt with just as efficiently. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

Been caravan and motorhome cover for years .

Been caravan and motorhome cover for years . You get what you pay for . Its about the cover and the thought they put into the policy . Got to think when things go wrong . You need the journey to be as stressless as possible. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

I got a good feeling that the cover was right.

Touring at its best. Consistant standards

We returned to touring last year and joined the club again. We have been pleasently suprised at the modernisation many sites have undergone. One standard throughout has been clean facilities . We tend to book service pitches where possible and these have been excellent. One of our favourite sites is Yellowcraig and despite no service pitches the location the beautiful site and the friendliest staff make it worth visiting. Another suprize was the hidden gems of White Water CP and Cayton Village both 5* sites. We have been to non club sites and have been left wanting. As a rule we pick our location and try the CMC first for sites, then look elsewhere if there is non. 8 sites visited in our first 12 months with 4 return visits already booked for the rest of the season, plus 2 new sites to visit in Scotland ,would show how much we enjoy being members and get value for money from the club, we saved £250 on our insurance this year for example and better cover.
