Excellent Customer Service

I seldom rate this highly but had an extremely helpful agent who went through and quoted on different levels of cover. She explained how it all worked with a 5 Yr old van, which made me realise our old provider ( another major caravan insurance provider) was quoting us incorrectly and probably wouldn't pay out in full if a claim was made. We ended up with a significant saving for a more appropriate cover and a higher level of indemnity and accessory cover. I was impressed at the level of understanding and knowledge which I didn't get from my old provider, who I felt just wanted my money not my business. I am an experienced caravanner of many years Thank you CAMC, never forget customer service and ease of access and understanding are key. Reviewed on: 19th July 2023

Excellent Policy

Very competitive and very easy to set up. I completed most of the application online but being first time tourers I needed to check out a few facts so called the team. They were polite and professional, fully understood my questions and answered all queries to my complete satisfaction. I was advised by a number of people to use CAMC for cover and so glad I did. Best Caravan & Motorhome Insurance Cover

We have insured our caravan with the Caravan Club ever since we started owning our first van. In 2022 our caravan was stolen, it was devastating! However, the club and their loss adjusters were great and the "new for old" policy meant we had the latest replacement, which has more than made up for the pain of the loss. Great service. Great value.

I have been a member of The Caravan and Motorhome Club since 1968 and have insured each of my caravans using the Club’s insurance product throughout the whole of that time. The standard of service and quality of the product is second to none. In all that time I have had only one claim but this was handled swiftly and to my complete satisfaction.
