Excellent service & support .

My caravan was stolen , however having always kept photos of all security in place as advised , the insurance company was easy to deal with & very helpfull , issue was closed in a short time & paid in full ! Amazing club membership

Joining the Caravan and Motorhome Club was the best thing we ever did. We have learnt so much through their monthly magazine and enjoyed numerous benefits for being club members. All the club sites we have visited are immaculate and cater for all needs. Every location we have stayed at provides excellent facilities and all the staff are extremely polite and friendly. The Caravan and Motorhome Club is brilliant. Great sites to suit every pocket, where the member is assured of high standards. The Club is super easy to contact and deal with should you need them. Brilliant support when we needed it.

We have always insured our caravan through the Caravan Club and have been pleased with the service received. Unfortunately, our caravan was broken into whilst in storage a few weeks before it was due to be part exchanged. What I assumed would be a major issue, was dealt with brilliantly. The caravan was promptly inspected by an assessor, repairs agreed with Sussex Caravan Centre and the part exchange went ahead on time as planned. We are very impressed with the efficient and timely manner in which our claim was dealt with. Unsurprisingly, our new caravan is insured through the Club. Reviewed on: 15th July 2023

Becoming increasingly more expensive

Insurance cover used to be relatively good value. Recent years have seen sharp increases to a point whereby one has to question if the insurance still offers value for money. Reviewed on: 15th July 2023
