Help when you need it

We had some damage to our caravan, the speed at which the repair was dealt with was fantastic with the added issue of Covid. Couldn't praise them high enough, from the person who took our call, to the person who evaluated the damage to the follow up. Worthy of a 5 star review Reviewed on: 27th September 2022

Better than the competition

Always know what you’re going to get with the caravan and motorhome club. Well maintained pitches, clean washing facilities and more sites with services pitches than anywhere else. Reviewed on: 27th September 2022

Caravan claim

Our Caravan was damaged when a tree feel on it in our garden where it was stored. The back panel was damaged. A surveyor from the insurance company came out to review the damage. The back panel needed to be totally replaced the van was an Avondale and the back panel would need to be made due to this the surveyor recommended the van be written off. We received a very fair valuation for the van, and the insurance company arranged for the damaged van to be collected. The whole process including paying out the agreed some within a month enabling us to purchase a replacement before the holiday season Reviewed on: 27th September 2022
