Felt secure

After a horrible experience with a claim, from another insurance company I was so happy to talk to the club. They guided me through every step, helped me put the correct value onto my equipment, accessories, my caravan and helped with the valuation. I felt safe and secure talking to GB based people who seemed to know everything. Highly recommend. I purchased with full confidence. Reviewed on: 20th August 2022

Great customer service

Unfortunately I was a victim of caravan theft last year which put me off owning a caravan. The caravan club insurance paid me out in good time and assured me that they would insure any future caravan. Nine months later I did buy another van and sure enough they are my current insurers. Went away but came back

Have taken out caravan club insurance for many years but was lulled away by a broker who offered a “better deal”When I actually read the small print there were so many things not covered which the caravan club provided and so many exclusions that it made me appreciate how good the caravan club insurance actually is and needless to say the next year I returned and will now be staying put.
