A company to trust.

The Caravan and Motorhome Club insurance comes very well recommended in offering competitive comprehensive coverage at a reasonable cost. Such endorsement offers reassurance and trust when seeking a reliable and trustworthy insurer. Thankfully I’ve never had to make a claim but due to the professional interaction when negotiating insurance cover I remain confident of receiving a customer focussed and helpful service if I ever did need to call upon them. We had to make a claim on our insurance, we received excellent service, the staff dealing with our claim were friendly and professional throughout the process.. I don’t know if they are the cheapest, but you only know the company worth when the time comes to make a claim. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2025

Awning Damage stories

Have claimed twice for damaged awnings. One sustained rips and tears during a sudden powerful gust of wind that ripped out the awning stakes and blew it over the caravan. The CC Club insurance paid for repairs. The second occurrence was an inflatable awning that simply burst open whilst we were out. The insurance didn’t pay out as they said it was a manufacturing defect, but they did point me towards appealing the CC itself, which had some success. Not a full reimbursement but a substantial chunk of it was kindly awarded. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2025

French breakdown

The one time we did breakdown in France the CC were brilliant. Sending out a replacement vehicle to our campsite and kept us informed all the way. Still use every trip. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2025
