I've had my caravan insured with the Club for many years and have found every aspect of dealing with them, either for renewal or claim, to be straightforward and handled promptly, courteously and efficiently. Reviewed on: 20th August 2022

Excellent Customer Service

I’ve used Caravan & Motorhome Club insurance for decades. The premiums have always been competitive, & communication/ customer service is first class. Several years ago, during a service I discovered that the caravan roof had been damaged, months earlier by giant hailstones. One telephone call to my insurer was all it took. They worked directly with the caravan service company & arranged for a new roof to be fitted. All I had to do was pay the excess on collecting the caravan. The partial loss of NCD was minimal. Summing up, great service, fair prices, & really deliver when a claim is made. Well recommended. Reviewed on: 20th August 2022
