Easy to deal with

As a new caravan owner there is a lot to research and learn. By joining the Caravan and motorhome club, not only gained access to excellent sites and booking systems but much more information including the insurance cover. The information required was relevant and comprehensive to ensure the cover I wanted. With a couple of calls , answered immediately, I was able to clarify everything and initiate cover. The renewal process was as simple so this will be our second year with them . Reviewed on: 5th August 2021

Excellent cover and quickly approved

We lost a sky light in transit - these are rather costly to replace, particualry for 'older' vans where the windows aren't made anymore and are of a size that are not currently 'standard'. The replacement (and costly fitting work) was quickly approved and the work carried out by a fitter local to me at my convenience. All in all, an excellent service. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2021
