Standard policy provides excellent cover, at a realistically fair price.

Renewal costs not dramatically increased over last year. Compared to other quotes, the price is very very competitive. Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

Fortunate non claimer

While in France our friends had to call the Club because of a car breakdown. The service they had was amazing. We were a party of 8 units travelling to the Dordogne, we stopped to give assistance but could not help as it was a mechanical fault. Red Pennant stepped in and our friends were able to to join us on a site which had cabins available while their car was transported to a garage, great service. Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

First class service

Absolutely brilliant service from this insurance. We were unfortunate to have our caravan stolen last year and the club were brilliant from start to finish and we had our new van within 8 weeks ( probably be quicker if it wasn’t for COVID) also I might add we have renewed with them as they are really competitive with other insurance for the cover they provide ( no hidden clauses when you make a claim) as the motto goes you get what you pay for and I’m so glad we chose caravan and motor home insurance, Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

Quick, no fuss resolution of claim

Had our caravan stolen of our drive even though it was well locked up. It was all loaded up for a long weekend away the next day but thieves changed our plans. Contacted caravan and motorhome club insurance and they quickly came to a good settlement. Couple of weeks later we found our next caravan which, of course is insured with them.
