Great prices

Very reassuring

I was going to take a cheaper quote from a different insurer but after speaking to the club I chose them. Simply because they work for the members and not profit, I felt very reassured that if anything did go wrong they would have my back. I later got a discount due to having an alko wheel lock, quickly and easily done. Reviewed on: 27th July 2021

Value for money touring

Prompt, efficient and fair service.

I have had to make two claims, both as a result of someone running into the back of my caravan. On one occasion this happened abroad. The claims were handled promptly and efficiently, and the settlement was fair. Reviewed on: 27th July 2021

Not helpful enough appalling service

We had a fire four years ago the person that dealt with it grudgingly emailed me the items that I was being paid out for. He actually said that he was loath for Penny to send me a cheque unless I was going to accept the lump sum without an itemised list! Appealing service and also wouldn’t pay out for a brand new cadaver as quoted “it could be used in a garden” they can only be purchased in caravan dealerships.
