Overpriced and didn't pay up

When my van suffered storm damage they didn't want to know and discouraged me from even claiming (presumably so they can say 'we pay out x% of claims'). When I got a new van they were considerably more expensive than other insurers so rather than being a benefit to club members I get the impression that insurance premiums subsidize other activities. Whether they are worse than any other insurer I can't say. Reviewed on: 21st July 2020

Wouldn't go anywhere else

Although we have been fortunate enough to have not made a claim (touch wood!) we feel that they offer excellent value for money, every detail is covered and it gives us piece of mind. Reviewed on: 21st July 2020

Trustworthy

Everybody asks Facebook groups “who provided the cheapest caravan insurance” but I always reply that with insurance ask “who is the best” ; yes our insurance costs us a little more but I want a policy I can rely on and I know people who have claimed on their policy and all who said that the Caravan and motorhome Insurance is trustworthy. Owned a caravan (on & off) since 1989 And always have chosen the club for insurance. Reviewed on: 21st July 2020
