Cover for caravans by people who know what you require

Was taken through all my queries and concerns by knowledgable staff on phone. No pressure and all my concerns clarified. Reviewed on: 13th September 2020

They have limited their insurance services and no longer offer public liability insurance for their CL owners. In essence their offerings are mainstream at best. However their customer support team do a good job overall. .

At the end of the day they are just a brokerage, but considering its supposed to be a non profit making club they could do better for their members. To much top end brass being paid excessive salaries for very little involvement or return. My impression is that they are now a long way from what they originally set out to be as a members club. Quickly resolved claim

We had a bad accident on the M5 and both the caravan and our Land Rover were written off. We informed the Caravan & Motor Home insurance and they agreed it was a write off and made us an offer . We were very pleased both with the speed the amount of the offer. Everyone I spoke to at the insurance company was very kind and understanding. We have insured our replacement 'van with them. Comprehensive cover at an affordable price

The Caravan and Motorhome Club has provided me with caravan insurance cover for several years. The Club is experienced with dealing with caravan claims and I have every confidence that in the event of an incident, my claim will be dealt with swiftly and fairly. Reviewed on: 8th September 2020

Great sites & well organised.

In times like these we have been pleased to be able to return to our favourite club sites knowing that they are safe and still well run. We have enjoyed our weeks since lockdown greatly and have been given the confidence to book further breaks this year. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2020

No quibble assistance

.we had a roof light blown off whilst driving on a windy motorway. When we contacted the club with our estimate for repair they were very helpful and promptly authorised repair work. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2020

Best caravan cover by far

We swapped to the Caravan and Motorhome Club insurance 12 Months ago. Not only did we save money , the advisor informed us we could protect our no claims. We had no idea we could do this, and thanks to the advisor going that extra mile we will be renewing this year for sure. Peace of mind that the company employs people that care about their customers.
