Peace of mind

Years ago when we were at the start of a 2-week holiday we had been away for the whole day there had been a sudden, torrential thunderstorm. When we returned our awning had partially collapsed and was damaged beyond repair. The wonderful customer service we received and confirmation that it would be replaced ensured that our holiday hadn't been ruined. We were able to go the next day and purchase a new awning; safe in the knowledge that costs would be reimbursed. We have always renewed knowing we have peace of mind and in safe hands.
