no hassle

I have insured with the club now for at least 15 years Reviewed on: 10th September 2019

year after year

We have always insured with the caravan club, yes you might find cheaper cover and think you will go for the cheaper one but i have never been able to find the same level like for like cover for a caravan and the Old for New for 15 years for a new van is unbeatable. We have only had to make one claim over the years and it was delt with without any hassle. Reviewed on: 10th September 2019

Good experience so far

Setting up the policy was easy - and more importantly, when I made a claim following some minor damage to my caravan (caused by my inexperience ) it has been dealt with efficiently. Reviewed on: 10th September 2019

Excellent cover for caravans

The caravan and motorhome club have been my insurers for around 10 years and I have only claimed once in that time. They sorted that claim out very quickly and have since reinstated my no-claims discount. Their paperwork is very clear and easy to understand and they offer new for old cover aswell as lesser cover options. I would certainly recommend them. Reviewed on: 10th September 2019

Friendly helpful sites

Site managers generally helpful, knowledgable and happy to sort out any issues that arrive. Most sites have good toilet blocks and facilities, although some dog walks leave a bit to be desired. Reviewed on: 10th September 2019

How to tell the best from the rest

With the many advances in the quality of the facilities available to caravanners that organisations and private sites offer these days it should be difficult to pick a winner, but from my experience of many years of caravanning the Caravan and Motorhome Club is a cut above the rest. Why? It is the relaxed ambience of the sites generated by the truly genuine helpful friendliness of the Wardens and their staff. Reviewed on: 10th September 2019

Fairly priced and good service

Claim

I have made one claim (a number of years ago now) and was very pleased with the fast action taken by the insurers. My van was assessed for damage and within a couple of weeks was taken to the nearest repair centre (Cooplands of Louth) and an excellent job done. I have been with the Caravan and motorhome club insurers ever since. Reviewed on: 10th September 2019
