In fairness, we have never needed to make a claim so can't comment on the efficiency of paying out against a claim. However, they inspire confidence and feedback from other members is that cover is of a high standard - easy to take out a policy and whilst not the cheapest seems to be reasonable value. First occasion I had requested a quote from this insurer. Initial price similar to previous insurer but offered to search alternative providers and reverted with much keener price and similar cover.
