They go the extra mile!

I learnt first hand of the service levels covered by their policies when a motorhomer on the next pitch in Spain was unwell. The club insurers were in touch every day monitoring his condition. Eventually he needed medical repatriation. His wife did not drive and they also had two aging dogs (one of which was poorly). Once the decision was taken a sympathetic driver arrived within 24 hours. Husband and wife were taken to airport and motorhome and dogs were driven back to UK. I thought that could happen to me one day, and I would be grateful for such prompt, comprehensive and considerate support. I was pleased with the friendly helpfulness when I sought a quote, the cost of which was reasonable. Reviewed on: 31st July 2019
