Generally Good Service

The first quotation was not the best price, which was subsequently lowered when I proved that a competitors quotation was lower. This puts me off. Reviewed on: 1st September 2025

All staff we have had dealings with have been every friendly, easy to book locations and all site staff very friendly especially the pop up site at Holkam hall. Reviewed on: 1st September 2025

Service to be proud of.

Service is excellent and you are able to speak with a human with little delay when to get through to a person with many insurers mean talking to a machine before being put through to a human and often the wrong department,Also with many insurers premiums are increased with no explanation but reduced when phoning to complain.This year the renewal premium went down when every other policy I have increased mssively .
