An excellent company for specialist insurance

I was looking for a specialist insurer for our camper van due to an unreasonably high renewal quote for no apparent reason from our existing insurer whom we had been with for years without incident. We found Caravan Guard so easy to deal with in all aspects of transferring cover at a reasonable price for an equally quality offering. Reviewed on: 5th August 2026

Great customer service that went the extra mile.

It was late one Friday afternoon. I was getting nowhere fast trying to get my campervan insured as my previous insurers had quit the market. I’d filled in the Caravan Guard online forms which produced zilch……except for an option to call. I did. A real human being called Julie answered, calmly went through the online form and promised to phone back after the weekend. She said she couldn’t promise anything but given my record reckoned she could sort something. She did. Now that really is great customer service. Reviewed on: 5th August 2026
